We've made a few changes to improve your experience in the Email Designer:
We've removed the green save bar from Email Designer 3 since our new and improved save indicator made the green bar redundant.
The new save indicator is displayed in the upper left corner of the Email Designer and includes a timestamp for the most recent save. The save icon will be greyed out when the latest version of your email has been saved.
Enterprise users can also access our Version History feature by clicking on the timestamp beside the save icon.
The Email Designer's autosave functionality remains unchanged.
We've added support for importing Custom Fields from Azure Active Directory for List Management users. You'll now see a Custom Fields section on the field mapping page during the import process.
If you've already synced Bananatag with Azure, you can still return to the import process and add your Azure Custom Fields. Simply visit the Sources page under the Contacts tab and select your integration to re-enter the mapping process.
Bananatag is growing beyond email! You can now send & schedule Slack messages from app.bananatag.com 💬📅.
This feature is available today for Power & Enterprise Users. Simply head to Chat tab to connect your organization's Slack & Bananatag accounts.
Note, you will need to be an admin user in Bananatag to connect to Slack.
If you're not on a Power or Enterprise plan and are interested in using Bananatag + Slack, talk to your Account Manager.
List Management users can now schedule their emails for a future date and time using the existing email sending process on app.bananatag.com.
Simply click Schedule Send on the sending page, select the desired date, and then select Save Schedule.
List Management users can now easily delete fields created as part of the list import process. This enables users to remove sensitive fields or fields created in error, while also removing the data mapped to those field(s).
Simply click the trash can icon beside the field you would like to remove on the field mapping page 🗑️❌
If you've already completed your import and would like to remove a field, you can either return to the import page if syncing with a data source such as Active Directory, or re-upload your CSV.
Any deleted fields can be re-mapped later if needed.
