You can now save images in the new ✨Image Library ✨ if you're on a Power or Enterprise account.
Save time and promote brand consistency by ensuring everyone has access to the right logos, icons, photos, and more.
To get started, click Open Shared Library when you have an image element selected in the Email Designer. Then, create your first folder and select Upload to Folder.
Adding images to the new Image Library is limited to Admin users while any Bananatag user at your organization can add images from the library to their emails.
Now you can see the owner of any template, draft, or sent email that's been shared with your Bananatag account.
This tells you who to contact if you require additional permissions.
For drafts, templates, & template folders, hover over the item's card to reveal the name of the owner
For sent emails, you'll now see the name of the owner listed in the email details
Users on Power & Enterprise plans can now use any font in the Email Designer.
Your standard brand fonts? ✔️
Custom corporate fonts? ✔️
Comic Sans? ✔️(But please don't 🙏)
Simply contact your Account Manager and they'll help you get your fonts set up, or check out the Bananatag blog for more information 👇
Since we recently added email notifications when a draft is shared in Bananatag, we've heard from users who love that their colleagues now know when there's a draft waiting for their attention, as well as users who don't want to send a notification every time.
So, we've disabled email notifications by default and added a checkbox so that you can choose to send a notification each time you share a draft.
Keep the feedback coming - it helps make Bananatag better for everyone 🍌😉
PS- Have you tried sharing drafts directly from the Email Designer using the Invite Collaborators button? 👤➕
Your colleagues will now be notified by email when you share a draft with them.
To share a draft, either:
Select Invite Collaborators in the top right of the Email Designer
- or -
Select the vertical ellipses icon beside the name of a draft in the draft list, followed by Share Draft
You can then select the desired user(s) as well as if you want to grant them view or edit access 😎
We've added the ability for customers on Enterprise plans to restrict individual users from accessing List Management features, such as sending to custom distribution lists on app.bananatag.com, and/or viewing employee data synced under the contacts tab.
New Enterprise plan base users will have these features disabled by default, while existing user permissions can be modified by navigating to the Team page and clicking the Ellipsis Icon beside any user, followed by Edit User.
