We've added 1 new sticker and 3 new frames to the image editor in Email Designer 3.
The new inverse circle sticker, found under Shapes, allows you to quickly frame any image as a circle 🟡
The 3 new frames are:
You can also adjust the size and color of each frame 🙌
Parent Admin users on an Enterprise plan can now access a log of all user activity directly from a new tab on the team page.
This log provides a record of events and changes across your organization's account, which can be used for security and compliance purposes.
Audit Logs can also be exported from Bananatag via CSV.
You can now attach files to emails sent from app.bananatag.com
Simply click Browse from the sending screen, and select the file(s) you'd like to attach.
If you're not already sending emails directly from Bananatag's web interface instead of Outlook or Gmail, talk to your Account Manager today about getting more powerful analytics, the ability to create Custom Distribution list, and more.
Soon, we'll be retiring our old Email Designer (Version 2) and moving all Bananatag users to Email Designer 3.
You'll now see a warning message on any draft in your account that's built in the old Email Designer.
We recommend converting any drafts or templates to Email Designer 3 as soon as possible. In the rare case that a formatting issue should occur, our support team is available to assist you.
You can now easily add recipient counts to emails sent from Bananatag for Outlook or Gmail.
Without a recipient count, these emails will not contribute to the Engagement by Email chart we recently added to the dashboard for users on Essential, Power, and Enterprise plans.
If you see a warning that there are emails without a recipient count, click Recipient Updater. Emails sent to the same distribution lists will be grouped so that you can quickly add the recipient count to multiple emails.
You can now organize your images more easily in the new Image Library.
Hover over any image in the Image Library and a checkbox will appear. Once you've selected your image(s) you can use the Move to... or Delete buttons in the top right.
To rename a single image, select it and then use the edit icon beside its existing name.
The Image Library is available to Power & Enterprise users and can be accessed directly from the Email Designer.
